Anomally Media

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Anomally Media ("we," "us," "our") to clients ("you," "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Anomally Media provides video production and creative services, including but not limited to ad creative production, short-form and long-form video editing, video sales letters, and ongoing content retainers, as agreed upon in an individual project scope or statement of work.

2. Project scope and revisions

The scope of work, deliverables, and number of included revisions for each project are defined at the start of engagement. Work outside the agreed scope may be treated as an additional service and billed separately.

3. Payment terms

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and due dates, are agreed upon per project or retainer arrangement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified at the time of engagement. Late payment may result in a pause of active work.

4. Turnaround times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith based on project scope and current workload. Delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or scope changes from the client may extend delivery timelines.

5. Ownership and usage rights

Upon full payment, finished deliverables are licensed to the client for use as intended in the project agreement. Raw footage, project files, and unused assets remain the property of Anomally Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client-provided materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to any footage, music, images, or other materials provided to Anomally Media for use in a project.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in the individual service agreement. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is payable in full.

8. Limitation of liability

Anomally Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content, including but not limited to advertising performance or campaign outcomes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
